Arthur Lakes Library is happy to host Maribel Colome & Betsy Chanthapaseuth, two social workers that will be hosting a discussion about privilege during this upcoming Community Conversation event. The purpose of this event is to create a safe space for all participants to engage in a courageous conversation about privilege. They will approach this topic in a space of education, self-identification, and with a non-judgmental stance while leading with our hearts through a multicultural lens. By joining this conversation, we hope that you will be able to identify your individual privilege and the intersectionalities to use as a pledge to create equity.
